15 studio/boutiques near the periphery of the La Piscine Museum and in a renovated industrial space called Le Vestiaire.

Adjacent to the Musée La Piscine, Le Vestiaire is a building of approximately 1400m² that, until a short time ago, was a headquarters for a heating business. The building has been renovated from top to bottom by Antwerp architects Sven Grooten and Geert Verbruggen of famed firm B – Architecten and Roubaix’s Cabinet Caban SARL. The new space includes 8 designer boutiques, a bar-restaurant entrusted to the Maison Meert (which has launched a new concept there: Labo).

In front of the Museum on Avenue Jean Lebas, 7 other shops have been renovated to create a new space to stroll through an area punctuated by designer boutiques.
